As a Marine Corps Community Services employee (MCCS) you are employed by the Department of Defense to support the Morale, Welfare and Recreation programs on Marine Corps Commands. MCCS offers positions as full-time (35-40 hours a week), part-time (25-38 hours a week) and flex (0-40). Flex positions were created to provide a flexible work schedule to suit busy lifestyles as well as education and family obligations.
