Marine Corps Exchange (MCX) contests are subject to the following conditions.

PURPOSE: Entry information will be used for Marine Corps Exchange contests to determine the winner and award the prize. In addition, information may be used for statistical analyses and advertising purposes. While information requested is intended to be used primarily for internal purposes, it may be necessary to disclose this information externally.
ROUTINE USES: Information may be disclosed externally to current authorized contractors and vendors to accomplish a function related to this system of records. DISCLOSURE: Voluntary; however, failure to provide the requested information may delay award notification or result in forfeiture of winner eligibility.
How to Enter: Complete and submit the entry form for the named MCX giveaway event. Drawing entries are limited to one per customer per drawing. All entries must be received by 11:59PM EST on the last advertised day of the contest. The MCX is not responsible for any late, lost, delayed, incomplete, or misdirected online entries. The MCX is also not responsible for technical, hardware, or software failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmissions. All entries become the property of the MCX.
Selection of Winner: Winners will be selected in a random drawing; the frequency of such drawing(s) is provided on the giveaway event flyer. The likelihood of winning is dependent on the number of eligible entries. MCX will contact the winner using the information provided on the entry to award the prize. If a mailing address is required on the entry for delivery of the prize, MCX will use the contact information provided on the entry to confirm prize delivery information.
Conditions: Should the MCX be unable to identify, contact, or verify a winner, the prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner after 30 days. By accepting the prize, winners agree to release the MCX from any and all liability for injuries and/or damages of any kind sustained in connection with the award of the prize, traveling to, or participating in, any prize activity. By accepting the prize, winners give the MCX the unqualified right and permission to publish the winner’s name and photo in MCX media as winner of the MCX contest. Prizes are nontransferable and are nonredeemable for cash. MCX contest decisions shall be final and binding in all matters related to the drawing.
Eligibility: No purchase is necessary to enter. All authorized MCX limited and unlimited patronage customers 18 years or older (as of the date of entry) are eligible to participate in this drawing, excluding MCX and Marine Corps Community Services employees, including military personnel assigned to the MCX and Marine Corps Community Services (MCCS); (collectively the “Employees”). Immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of Employees are not eligible to participate in in this sweepstakes. MCX customers authorized food and beverage purchases only are not eligible. This sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.
Entry Information: The MCX is not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate entry information caused by Internet users’ technical or human error or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the sweepstakes, which may occur in the processing of the entries in this sweepstakes. MCX reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend this sweepstakes drawing for any reason, including should viruses, bugs, or other impediments beyond the MCX control corrupt the administration, security, or proper play of the sweepstakes.
