Marine Corps Community Services (MCCS) and Marine Corps Exchange (MCX) contests are subject to the following conditions.

How to Enter:
Complete and submit the entry form for the named MCCS and MCX giveaway event. Drawing entries are not limited. All entries must be received by 11:59PM EST on the last advertised day of the contest. All entries become the property of MCCS and MCX. No purchase is necessary to enter.

Selection of Winner:
Winners will be selected by total number of entries by the following

Unit construct:
XX total winners for Remote and Isolated Units, e.g., Recruiting Stations, and Inspector-Instructor Units. XX total winners for Small Units, e.g., Marine Corps Districts, Battalions, and Squadrons. XX total winners for Medium Units, e.g., Schools, Marine Aircraft Groups, and Regiments. XX total winners for Large Units, e.g., Marine Logistics Groups, Marine Divisions, and Marine Aircraft Wings. Marine Corps Headquarters Level Commands are not eligible. Marine Expeditionary Forces are not eligible. The frequency of such drawing(s) is provided on the giveaway event flyer.

The likelihood of winning is dependent on the number of eligible entries per Unit construct. MCCS or MCX will contact the winning unit(s) using the information provided on the entries to award the prize to the winning Unit’s Marine Corps Birthday Ball Committee and coordinate fund transfer to the Unit’s Marine Corps Birthday Ball accounts.

Conditions:
Should the MCCS and MCX be unable to identify, contact, or verify eligibility of Unit after 7 days, the prize will be forfeited and awarded to the next Unit, in the same Unit construct, with the most entries. By accepting the prize, MCCS and MCX will publish the Unit’s name in MCCS and MCX media as winner of the MCCS and MCX contest. Prizes are nontransferable and are nonredeemable for cash. MCCS and MCX contest decisions shall be final and binding in all matters related to the drawing.

Eligibility: All authorized MCCS and MCX limited and unlimited patronage customers 18 years or older (as of the date of entry) are eligible to participate in this drawing, excluding MCX and MCCS employees and military personnel assigned to the MCX and MCCS; (collectively the “Employees”). Marine Corps Headquarters level Commands are not eligible.

Entry Information: MCCS and MCX are not responsible for the following: late, lost, delayed, incomplete, or misdirected online entries; technical, hardware, or software failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmissions; and incorrect or inaccurate entry information caused by internet users’ technical or human error or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the sweepstakes, which may occur in the processing of the entries in this contest. MCCS and MCX reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend this contest for any reason.
