MCCS and Noteefy Enhance Accessibility and Operational Efficiency Across Military Golf Courses

MCX Staff Submission

August 20, 2025 — Quantico, VAMarine Corps Community Services (MCCS) has announced a new partnership with Noteefy, the leading demand and revenue management platform for the golf industry, to optimize operations and improve accessibility across MCCS golf courses.

Through this collaboration, MCCS is implementing Noteefy’s automated system to streamline tee time reservations, reduce unfilled time slots, and make it easier for authorized patrons to access the courses.

“We have been working with Noteefy for approximately one month and have already booked an additional 19 rounds of golf,” said Kevin Kashiwai, golf course manager at Kaneohe Klipper Golf Course, located on Marine Corps Base Hawaii in Oahu, HI. With Noteefy in place, golfers can easily join automated waitlists and receive real-time text alerts when desirable tee times become available—reducing frustration and increasing the likelihood of securing preferred playing times. At the same time, course operators gain visibility into demand patterns and benefit from streamlined operations.

The primary goals of the partnership include:

  • Maximizing course utilization by filling more tee times.

  • Improving accessibility for eligible players to enjoy MCCS golf courses.

  • Providing a seamless booking experience for both golfers and property managers.

  •

“We’re honored to support MCCS in making their golf courses more accessible to the military community,” said Jake Gordon CEO of Noteefy. “This partnership is about more than technology, it’s about delivering a better experience for golfers and ensuring these important facilities are fully utilized and available to those who serve.”

MCCS golf courses play an important role in promoting morale, wellness and recreation for the military community worldwide. This partnership with Noteefy is part of MCCS’s broader commitment to enhancing access to these facilities while ensuring efficient, modern operations.
