OODA For Marines by Marines

Our experiences—and the mentors who help guide us—shape who we become. The idea for OODA began with the stories the founder grew up hearing—firsthand accounts from World War II and Vietnam veterans in his immediate family. Their courage, sacrifice, and quiet strength left a lasting impression, planting the seed for something to come. Their stories and service to our country inspired him to join the Marine Corps.

During his time in uniform, he quickly realized that the Marine Corps is filled with extraordinary men and women whose courage and character are truly inspiring. Even after leaving active service, the values and brotherhood of the Corps never left him. That enduring connection sparked an idea: to build a brand that reflects the spirit, pride, and esprit de corps of our Marine Corps.

In 2020, OODA was founded with that vision. After five years of relentless work and execution on that dream, we were thrilled to earn a place on the shelves of the Marine Corps Exchange (MCX).

We’re truly honored to be here today, part of a legacy far greater than ourselves. OODA is made by Marines, for Marines—past, present, and future—and for the families who stand beside them.
