Honoring 250 Years of Valor: SIG SAUER Salutes the United States Marine Corps
At Sig Sauer, we are deeply honored to stand shoulder to shoulder with the United States Marine Corps as the official sidearm provider. For 250 years, the Marine Corps has embodied the highest ideals of courage, discipline, and selfless service. Their unwavering commitment to defending our nation’s freedoms has shaped the very fabric of American strength and resilience.
The Marines are more than a fighting force: They are a legacy. From the hallowed grounds of Belleau Wood to the modern battlefields of today, their ethos of honor, duty, and country has remained steadfast. They are warriors, leaders, and protectors whose sacrifice ensures the safety and liberty of generations to come.
As the Marine Corps commemorates its 250th Birthday, SIG SAUER proudly joins the celebration with profound respect and gratitude. We are privileged to equip these elite warfighters with the M18—a sidearm forged for reliability, precision, and performance under the most demanding conditions. It is a weapon worthy of the Marines’ exceptional resolve and relentless pursuit of mission success.
To every Marine – past, present, and future – thank you for your service, your sacrifice, and your enduring defense of our nation. Your legacy inspires us and your partnership humbles us.
Happy 250th Birthday to the United States Marine Corps. Semper Fidelis.
